Type the amount and the name. If you’ve been to that place before, Cashly fills in the wallet and the currency from last time. It never guesses the category for you. That call is always yours.
On a plane, in a basement, on a hill with one bar. Your own expenses are saved on the phone first and sync to your account when you’re back online. Shared bills are the exception: they involve other people, so they wait for a signal, and the app tells you rather than pretending.
Take them with the camera or pick them from your library; they stay with the expense. Cashly doesn’t scan or read the receipt for you; it just keeps it where you’ll look for it.

Send an invite link. They sign in with Apple or Google, see exactly what they’re picking up, per currency, before they accept anything, and the history is already theirs.
Cashly works in 153 currencies. Each wallet keeps its own, and your reports read in the one you chose. Shared bills stay in the currency they were paid in: a euro dinner stays a euro debt, because a made-up exchange rate is how friends end up arguing.
Your budgets and your net worth only ever look at your own spending. What friends owe you, or you owe them, lives on the other side and doesn’t leak through.
Pick the categories that actually get you (eating out, cabs, the trip) and set a limit for any stretch: once, daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or yearly. It starts on the day you say, so a monthly budget from the 25th runs payday to payday. Cashly shows what’s left and whether you’re on pace.
Both are off until you turn them on. There’s also an optional once-a-day reminder to log what you spent, at a time you pick. No streaks, no guilt. The bar turns amber near the limit and red past it, so you can also just look.
Turn on App Lock and Cashly asks for your face, fingerprint or your phone’s passcode before it opens. Your money lives on your phone and syncs to your account over an encrypted connection, so a new phone has everything the moment you sign in. Device settings like App Lock stay on the device. There are no ads.
Sign in with Apple or Google and your books are yours across phones. Cashly stores the account information needed to run your account: your name and the email address from your sign-in provider. The app itself can never read your email; it’s kept server-side for account and security purposes only. There’s no separate password to forget.
Type DELETE ACCOUNT, confirm with App Lock if it’s on, and your account and private financial data are removed, on your phone and on our side. Shared expenses involving other people remain in anonymized form so their balances stay correct, and limited backup copies may remain temporarily until infrastructure backups rotate.
You can’t set an expense to repeat today. We’d rather say that plainly than ship a half-built version.
